Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed in the form of store credit or exchange, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cash refunds are generally not provided, except in cases of wrong or damaged items delivered.

Exchanges

  • We offer size and product exchanges (subject to availability).
  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges for exchanges unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds for EU Customers

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom or personalised items made to your specifications
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery
  • Digital content once download or streaming has begun (if applicable)
