- Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, washed, or altered in any way.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed in the form of store credit or exchange, unless otherwise agreed.

Exchanges
- We offer size and product exchanges (subject to availability).
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges for exchanges unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
